Added more dynamic base graphics which enables changeing background color (without redrawing all pics).

build class lists from both fai config dir and fai logfiles (including
the time the class was referenced the last time).
also included is a tool to join these files into a list of classes and
config files referencing them sorted by age (Background: this makes
cleaning your config space a lot easier by finding  'orphaned' config
files and classes not used anymore...).

  * Hack around in install_packages so it doesnt depend on libapt-pkg-perl.
    It stays as a Depends: as alien/rpm doesnt consider this field anyway,
    and the Depends: is needed on Debian systems.

keep two branches for now:

softupdate-git: what previously softupdate-git-rpm was, but with install_packages suited for debian-based systems too
softupdate-git-rpm: get rid of depends on libapt-pkg-perl in install_packages the hackish way - only for rpm only systems

Besides this, I will keep those two branches in sync, and follow trunk (where suited for etch based fai)

I need help in fixing the above issue. This is bug #422225

- if the fs is already writable, mkrw does nothing
- rw $FAI is necessary for every method different from nfsmounting

- the commit-mail for r-3004 has not been sent to the list, it was too big (120k), cause it contained all commited files as diff. I've commited fai-kernels 1.9.1 from sarge
- from debian/changelog
 * switched to linux-tree-2.6.14 now
 * disabled kernel 2.4 because of build problems, may be reenabled later 
   it's still included in the depends...
 * added support for amd64 and ppc
 * added myself to maintainers field
- I still need to tweak the amd64 config and try to enable 2.4 again

* BUGFIX:337271 include an interface name in the kernel-ip configuration
the interface defaults to eth0, but can be changed using make-fai-bootfloppy's
"-I" option
(solves the problem of kernel-ip-configuration getting stuck in dhcp requests 
if there's more than one network interface)

* BUGFIX: #312128, work around changed ifupdown
ifupdown was changed: instead of the file /etc/network/ifstate it uses 
/etc/network/run/ifstate, while /etc/network/run is a symlink to /dev/shm/network.
this fails, of cause, in the FAI nfsroot.
quick workaround: bind-mount /tmp to /dev/shm and create the directory 
/dev/shm/network/ in lib/create_ramdisk

* BUGFIX:297550 clean up the fcopy recursion code
the File::Find code used in recursive fcopy descended into the ignored 
directories and their subdirectories. this failed when a revision control 
system keeps subdirectories there (in this case: subversion).

while fixing this bug, the whole File::Find code was brought to a more 
readable/debuggable form.

this version differs from the first version sent to fai-workshow@guug.de 
because it moves the newly introduced %ignoredirs out of global scope.

fixing 320024 the 'dirty' way. This seems to produce usable cd's, but in certain situations (when having no security updates in /etc/fai/sources.list,used by fai-mirror) will generate some errors in the logs which can be ignored. a nicer patch is underway

trying to fix fai-cd bug. for me it's not already working, I still get
an installed system that has not correct grub install.
my fai-mirror also doesn't have a grub package. maybe fai-mirror has troubles
with the package_config files, because classes LILO and GRUB conflict?
Or maybe I'm doing something wrong, I'll be further testing.
