Make logging configureable
redirect stdout/err to the logfile rather than "outfile" (nothing should ever get there);
redirect stderr to /dev/null when calling Mixmaster

Use CSS - they need to be trimmed, I don't like Sergiusz's colors
thesaurusindexfile and indexfilebasename config values should not longer have the extension (.html) in them

Create .meta files with the expiry date of pages.
Also put the expiry date in HTML meta headers.
Make indexfilebasename a configure option.

The config hash �Pinger::Mix� is obsolete
Default gnupghome changed from �gnupg� to �gnupghome�
