* debian/rules: Removed the creation of debhelper files from templates. Better
  do this from debian/rules directly (binary-arch).
* debian/drawxtl.install.in: Removed the version dependent stuff and renamed
  it to debian/drawxtl.install.

* debian/drawxtl.docs.in: Removed. Better done in debian/rules.
* debian/drawxtl.links.in: Ditto.

* debian/rules: Added target to create the manpage debian/drawxtl.1.
  (drawxtl_dh_files): Removed doc-base file. It's not necessary with a legacy
  symlink for the documentation.
* debian/drawxtl.doc-base (Files): Replaced versioned filename with legacy
  symlink.
* debian/drawxtl.doc-base.in: Renamed to debian/drawxtl.doc-base.
* debian/drawxtl.links.in: Added legacy symlink for documentation.
