A big chunk of changes - I know, that's not the way it should be. But I 
added a patch to fix most rpath-problems - no idea, why not all. Updated 
to policy 3.7.3. Added Build-Depends: python, ruby so that plugins will 
work.

Overriding lintian warning: manpage-section-mismatch as this may still 
be due to a Perl or policy bug. (Please correct me and the file, if I am 
wrong!)

Remove shlibs file for gwyddion package completely. There are no shlibs 
in anyway. And updated build-dependency from fftw3-dev to libfftw3-dev.

No. libgwyddion20-dev has to be Architecture: any! Even without static 
libraries.
