removing build dependency, build and install everything but do not include libs in package
build libs but don't install them; idem for resources
don't build freemedforms libs in the freediams package
freediams is dependent to freemedforms package (build && install), remove tilde to versions

Revert the rpath change because dyamic libraries are not found that way ... needs further investigation
