no build-dependency with freemedforms packages, we need to build libs
freediams is dependent to freemedforms package (build && install), remove tilde to versions

Finally got the Relations to previous packages fixed; upload to unstable
Finally move freediams to non-free; try to find a reasonable upgrade path from freediams+freediams-data to freediams+freediams-drugs using a combination of Conflicts/Provides/Replaces but failed. :-(
