msgmerge breaks lines at 80 columns :(
So, we can:
a) fix po-stats.inc.php to recognize the broken lines;
b) manually correct the po files each time :(
As soon as I'll have some spare time (and the site runs happily),
I'll probably work on a). Well, if someone doesn't do that before
I do ;)

Please from now on, use &entities; instead of charset-dependent
characters. This will ensure the same visibility on web, indipendently
from the charset used.
Please complete where missing, don't have much time now to look for
entities for foreign letters ;)

Added static.pot -- this is manually generated from the update-bugs
python script on alioth.debian.org's space.

Brazilian Portuguese (pt_BR) translation

European Portuguese (pt) isn't so different from our Portuguese (just some words are different). While we don't have somebody to review it, we can use the same files from pt_BR.
