Correcting stupid mistakes.

 - The Blast database had the wrong format,
 - the sequences were not unzipped,

Exploring the possibility of using makefiles:

 - Added an command to ast getData what wget option it uses.
 - Added a getData configuration file to download the dog genome.

Get rid of all fixed Debian-Med strings in the template to make it usable for other CDDs.  Note: This breaks current i18n strings but the request from others was strong enough to go for this quick and dirty solution.  I'm lacking the skill to correctly wrap Template and PHP i18n.  The rewrite of the task generating pages with better i18n is in progress...

Prevent HTMLTemplate.py to Encode our strings - we just do this ourselves.
HTMLTemplate.py is buggy and ignores own {De,En}coders.  I gave up to provide
a real fix but just changed the default encoder to do nothing.

Issue with repeated descriptions solve, reason was strong requirement of lists for all HTML_Template stuff; solution was to provide "list of indizees" to reference our list of DependantPackage structures in the render* routines;  NEEDS FIX: Finally there is some error in reder function.

A script using uscan to download the latest version
of the upstream source and preparing .svn/deb-layout 
for the right paths.

In the meantime I have learned about svn-upgrade
which is badly described in its man page but sounds a bit
like being much the same intentionwise.

This script needs to wait for a new version of devscripts 
to become functional.
