Corrected source limits - they include relayed sources, not just directly-connected sources.
Corrected spelling of </master-server-port>.

Split LOCATION_NAME setting into VENUE_NAME (goes into Ogg metadata) and ROOM_NAME (goes into filenames and Icecast paths).
Added SINKS and SOURCES settings specifying which sinks and sources to start.
Added dc-record-stream script that starts dvswitch plus sinks and sources (using SSH).
Added draft dvswitch and debconf-video configurations (minus passwords) for DebConf 7.
