l10n updates for latest changes.
Refactor quotes to a more flexible way.
Center the last 'see you' vertically.
Big sponsoring brochure update: add title page, fix translations by removing much much formatting noise, update logos.

Use hyperref's url and href, hide the links.
Use numbered sections and un-number them using titlesec to get a meaningful PDF structure.
