Make clean independent from bash brace expansion. In some systems, those where /bin/sh is linked to dash, bash-style brace expansion does not work - patch provided by Felix Gatzemeier

* Build fix by adding missing spaces in front of line continuation characters \
(at least for bash shell required).

Have the $MANUAL.xx.sgml files removed on clean as they are generated
automatically.
Remove Japanese since pdf generation does not work in my (sid) system. Will
re-add it later on.

Force recreation of all languages and removed \@ to see why master
does not build the english HTML version properly (whileas txt and pdf
files are fine)

Moved to a new schema that facilititates translations and new changes
and additions to the different text. All chapters are now moved to
one file per chapter. All languages (besides Japanese and Russian) have
been moved to that division. The Brazilian Portuguese translation
is kept but is not published anymore.

Added a new Makefile based on the Makefile.intl that should publish the
translated versions (it seems that the newmaint howto uses it) into the WWW
Changed the COMO-Asegurar into securing-debian-howto in order for the first
change to work.
This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file.
For each of the two "sides" of the diff,
enter a numeric revision.
