Complete restructurization of the upgrade-kernel part to adapt it to the new structure of the upgrade chapter and to include user feedback: - Add instructions how to upgrade Mipsen machines with using only apt since not everyone might be able or supposed to use dpkg -i - Describe how to get the kernel images with the apt based upgrade path - Move all names and links that are likely to change with point releases to release-notes.ent - Move some package names to release-notes.ent so that we can merge big parts of the hppa and sparc guidelines
