Changed the way information is presented, print a pretty summary at the top
and then the detailed information about packages.

Revision of the script making it more easy to customise based on
command line options. Still needs some rewrite to generate a summary
and only provide detailed information on REMOVED/ADDED/CHANGED packages
if the user asks for it.
