Removed indentation and unnecessary empty lines in examples since the
indentation in examples is used in the output (plus additional space)
as well. Especially the .txt, .ps, .pdf formats are improved this way,
since they have fixed text width.

../dynamic.ent not dynamic.ent is a .PHONY: target (this makefile is called
from translation directories).

Makefile.common checked in the past only that dynamic_$(architecture).ent
exists otherwise it created this file and linked dynamic.ent to it.
But if dynamic_$(architecture).ent already exists and if dynamic.ent is a
proper link it will not update the link to refer to the new architecture.

The publish target wasn't affected since it performed a make clean first
so that the links where properly created.

Undoing the last rollback. Since this now works for me i'm happier with the
compromise to use modified versions of the debiandoc-sgml tools from the
quick-reference tree.

Rolled back the changes that allowed latex derived formats for ja and zh_TW
since this adds a dependency on modified versions from the quick-reference
manual. This hack is not sustainable nor scalable.

Script to review the dummy packages of a new release, the results
are useful for the Release Notes. This was actually done for the
woody RN, although I don't remember how we did it :-(
Just so we don't forget to do this, I'm adding the script
(some other scripts for common Release Notes's tasks could also be
written...)
