synched with qref.sf.net up stream. Now french and italian are same version as english. This causes these translation to be contaminated with some English but complete:)
Since major portion translated, Italian version in Debian now match English version. More translation needed for FAQ origin portion.
Now build PDF and TXT too. Publish page moved from quick-reference to reference upon request from Josip. symlink is also created for backward compatibilities.
Now new index files are generated.
Though previous ci fixed problem, this one fix the root cause. The content of ineq/else for TARSRCS are swapped.

This should fix error to build tar.gz This index.php was needed for sourceforge.net site but not on ddp. Sorry for causing build error.

Good Makefile finnaly for remore sourceforge.net publish: scp Cleaned many targets while keeping some just in case debiandoc2foo is upgated. Now "LANGS=..." will specify target languages and "EXTS=...." will specifty targets for file type. LANGS can be "en", "fr", "it",... while EXTS can be "txt", "info", "html", "ps", "pdf". This may be helpful for Debian DDP since its pototo syatem produce funny starting page for PDF. Well only Debian developer have ssh access, so may be not useful for me :)
Fix info creation by --force. Needs to fix debiandoc2texinfo if one wants to kill root cause. Next time.
Fix problem of latex related issues by imitating boot floppies (PS/PDF) Let's see if it build. on debian.

Added Quick-reference to the general Makefile and included a Makefile based on the DDP's with some slight changes due to the way qref is generated.
Now example copies correctly upon publish, I hope. (fixed but ugly)
