Touch up of maint-guide for consistency [1.2] I dropped "thoroughly" since I am asking "at least, for the standard usage". I added [1.3] I split "very important" documentation into 2 lists. [Global] I put executable or package after all binary to clarify them. I changed "*-binary package" to "* binary package". ... "multi binary packages" means multiple "binary package"s. <replacable>programname</replacable> -> <replacable>package</replacable> ... in line with later chapters I used "Debian Developer's Reference" with "Debian" always.
