Since it was successful with FAQ, here I go with 2nd package by Josip.
Now all of language are available in PDF/TXT/HTML
If this Make is called by debian/rules, some care may be needed.
Tested in my woody. :)

made the English HTML and plain text files have the .en extension; symlink foo.html to foo.en.html in the instaled directory
This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file.
For each of the two "sides" of the diff,
enter a numeric revision.
