Update the information relative to current ports using http://www.debian.org/ports/index.en.html as main reference:

- Remove ports which were dropped in Squeeze
- Add information on ports to other kernels (non-Linux ports)

Also, fix some formatting:

- turn all the lists into proper lists (instead of paragraphs)
- reorder alphabetically the ports to make it easier to compare to lists 
  in the Ports page or the Release Notes

Create new Debian packages debian-faq-de, debian-faq-fr, debian-faq-it,
debian-faq-zh for translations which are somewhat up to date and not yet
available as Debian packages.  Use debhelper's dh_install to deal with these
multiple packages: we now build-depend upon debhelper.  When at it, use
dh_installdeb, dh_gencontrol, dh_md5sums and dh_builddep too.

Just minimum correction only.  (Please check this Josip!)

/etc/init.d/rcS and /etc/rc.boot/ description was old and wrong.
This now reflects reality of woody version of init process.

I could have elaborated that now adminstrator can put their script by
    # vi /etc/init.d/foobar-local
    # update-rc.d foobar-local start 99 S .
But I did not.  /etc/rc.boot/ seems depreciated to me.

Josip, please consider updating this section more.  Use of "-local" suggested
in debian-dev ML for a local script to prevent name collision a while ago may
be worth mentioning.

No file moves but now publish in all language translated.  Now, Makefile is
somewhat ugly but I wanted to toutch least files.  If only DDP had directory
use and extension use policy, this mess did not happen.
