First version of the CGI script for Debian:
    - adapt content of HTML page / URLs
    - remove paths to inexistant manpage locations
    - do not use apropos, use the pregenerated db instead
    - stricter checks for sections/keys
    - print out total number of pages in apropos searches
    - check name and section (needed to untaint it)
    - Use C locale by default
    - change paths (ps2pdf's and local environment)
