- Moved mapdevs to di-utils-mapdevfs.
- Removed the unnecessary utils.c.
- Moved apt-install, anna-install, register-module, debconf-get, and
debconf-set from rootskel to di-utils.
- Add a prebaseconfig progress template for register-module.
- Moved usage info out of the scripts and into the README.
- TODO seems obsolete, remove.
- apt-install: don't use comm and the files are not in /target.
Instead use an uniq -c trick inspired by Sesse. Fixed /proc unmount
problem.

Added ia64 support; uses parted. Only offers partitions that parted reports as ext[23] for mkfs or mount stages, which means you must tell parted to create filesystems (mkpartfs) as parted identifies partition types by analysing partition contents. May need to look at raid and lvm flags later. Works for GPT tables, not tested MSDOS.
