   * Patch from Tollef Fog Heen <tollef@add.no> to add some sanity checking
     in manual entry, and to enable ftp, http, or both. Right now, I am
     keeping ftp off, as we do not have a retreiver that uses it.

fixed build deps (FYI, all udeb packages build-depend on dpkg-dev 1.7.0
and probably debhelper 2.1.18 -- everyone should make sure they have build
depends..)

converted to new interface, killed old files, no longer i386-specific, and
no longer segfaults if called incorrectly. Oh, and it's smaller. :-)

added a path to the Packages file

Added a DEMO define, that will point it at
http://people.debian.org/~joeyh/debian-installer/udebs/
since we still don't have a real udeb repository

retreiver using busybox wget

wow, it's trivial, but I think it will work (untested)

there's another copy of debconf.* in here; a library of some kind is
definitly needed, even if it's statically linked in

What this thing is is a mirror selection tool, rather like the middle part
of apt-setup, except it's just 9k compiled ands that includes all the
mirror info built-in (rather than consulting the 56k Mirrors.masterlist).

It uses debconf to walk the user through picking a mirror.

It is utterly untested and will not work. :-P

It's silly, but I needed a real working implementation of the retriever
interface, so this one "retrieves" files by symlinknig them around.
