Updated Albanian(sq) translation
- Reocmmend the busybox help command instead of the hard-t-remember ls
thing.
- main-menu has been fixed, so di-utils-shell need not exit 1.
- Change di-utils-reboot to not exit 30 if the user cancels.
The new main-menu displays a failure box for that.
- Change the menu item of di-utils-reboot so it's clear this is how to
abort the install. Closes: #229210

Instead use an uniq -c trick inspired by Sesse. Fixed /proc unmount

Added ia64 support; uses parted. Only offers partitions that parted reports as ext[23] for mkfs or mount stages, which means you must tell parted to create filesystems (mkpartfs) as parted identifies partition types by analysing partition contents. May need to look at raid and lvm flags later. Works for GPT tables, not tested MSDOS.
