Initial commit preparing to add variant for AMD64. This commit basically creates the AMD64 variant as a copy of the i386 manual. Further commits will be needed to differentiate the AMD64 variant from i386 where needed. Commit includes changes for all translations.
Fix hardware table for a change
As of 2.6, r4k-ip22 also rupports r5k machines do the r5k-ip22 flavour has been dropped.
The RiscPC flavour is now known as "rpc" rather than "riscpc".
Drop Riscstation since it's no longer supported in 2.6 kernels. < kyllikki> tbm: ok, riscstation is gone in 2.6 as are all 7500
