Apply patch from Frank Lichtenheld to improve netboot instructions for PowerPC.
The update to install-tftp.xml has been modified slightly and no longer
mentions the '-l' option for in.tftpd.

(minimal) instructions on how to unpack Penguin if one doesn't have StuffIt

Initial commit preparing to add variant for AMD64.
This commit basically creates the AMD64 variant as a copy of the i386 manual.
Further commits will be needed to differentiate the AMD64 variant from i386 where needed.

- To document these in syslinux, removed the old, useless f9.txt, and
shifted f4 through f8 up one; the new f4 documents rescue mode.
- Updated one place in the manual that referred to fn documents to reflect
above change.
- Document rescue mode in ia64 boot screens, but don't add stanzas for it
since that would go over the limit of 16. Users will have to type
rescue/enable=true
- Add stanzas for rescue mode and document in sparc boot screen.

- Patch from Jö Fahlke to consistently refer to DEBCONF_FRONTEND in docs.
debconf/frontend doesn't work everywhere yet, and it's better to only
support one option.

Added section for booting the installer. In the old manual, this became
very confusing because there is more arch-dependent info than generic
info. So I changed the structure for this chapter to be mostly organized
by arch.
Unfortunately, it is in _very_ rough shape, and won't validate. I thought
it would be better to start getting content out there, and maybe somebody
can help clean the xml up.
