In bookinfo.xml, 'Debian' was changed to &debian;, but in some of that cases this was in error, should remain 'Debian' there. Reverting with this commit for en, ca, da, de, cs, fr, eu, it.
Change many occurences of 'Debian' into &debian;. This run is in the english version, other languages will follow.
Rename debian entity to debian-gnu.

As was correctly pointed out by Luca Monducci, there already was a para in administrativa to acknowledge translators (which is a better place for it anyway). - Uncomment existing para in administrativa and add condition about-langteam - Rename condition bookinfo-langteam to translation-status - Update all lang-options and XML-based translations to avoid changes on rebuild - Update README in lang-options
