x86 USB boot: mini.iso is not usable as ISO image for hd-media
Make this more explicit. Apparently listing the images that can be
used is not sufficient. Also add a link to section explaining how
to get CD images.

Change the Debian designation for the ARM architecture from arm to armel.
The internal 'arch-spec' and file naming convention remains "arm" in order

Initial commit preparing to add variant for AMD64.
This commit basically creates the AMD64 variant as a copy of the i386 manual.
Further commits will be needed to differentiate the AMD64 variant from i386 where needed.
Commit includes changes for all translations.
