Updated USB stick documentation to describe the much simpler, more
flexible, and likely more robust use of isohybrid images. All i386
and amd64 ISO images are now isohybrid.

manual/build/buildone.sh: redirect xsltproc's stderr to stdout
xsltproc sends informational messages like "writing out chapter X" to stderr.
For automatic building with stdout redirected to /dev/null we don't want to see
them. Obviously this also means that errors will not be logged properly in
the cron mail and xsltproc will just return with non-zero exit status.
In theory we'd want to filter out those "Writing out" lines on stderr instead.

Change the Debian designation for the ARM architecture from arm to armel.
The internal 'arch-spec' and file naming convention remains "arm" in order
to avoid unnecessary changes and work for translators.

Update using-d-i for post-Etch changes:
- move clock-setup, tzsetup and user-setup to reflect their changed
position in the installation procedure
- mention that clock-setup will now attempt to set the system time from a
time server
- split clock-setup as part is now executed during finish-install
- add instructions on how a different time zone from the one(s) that match
the selected location can be set (as that is a FAQ)

As was correctly pointed out by Luca Monducci, there already was a para in
administrativa to acknowledge translators (which is a better place for it anyway).
- Uncomment existing para in administrativa and add condition about-langteam

- SMP support kernel configuration is not in the same section for all

- Some minor corrections.

Introduce a cascading stylesheet for the HTML version of the manual.
This change was forced on us by a change in docbook-xsl where the
parameter shade.verbatim was obsoleted. However, it will allow
nicer and more flexible formatting in the future.
