Make sure link to separate preseeding example file is always correct
Split preseeding example in the manual into separate files for Sarge and Etch; the differences were getting too great to keep them in a single example

Restructure layout of preseeding example (sorry joeyh) - split long lines; make this visible with continuation characters (overly long lines were ugly in html and cut off in pdf versions) - add a note to warn about split lines - use spaces to create columns (tabs don't work) - make columns as consistent as possible - add some extra lines to improve readability of comments

De-emphasise the use of debconf-get-selections since it does not produce an immediatly usable preconfig file. Move the example-preseed file to an appendix, and move the file around in the tree to match.
netcfg changes mean that an interface cannot be manually specified, but it will often find a good default to use
