Reworked new-generation scripts:
- Rename scripts for better backwards compatibility
- Do not create extensive tree with results (this has several downsides)
- Check for errors during all build steps
- Allow building of different formats at once in buildone.sh
- Copy and modify old build.sh script for new-generation

Reorganization of appendices in manual (part 2):
- update of install.<language>.xml files (for all languages)

Reorganization of appendices in manual:
- Moved Installation Howto to be first appendix
- Remamed appendix.xml to random-bits.xml (for all languages)
- Made gpl into separate (last) appendix
- Changed intro for gpl

New generation manual building scripts, something more modular and
clean. Work in progress, use with caution.
