Change arch to all
Now builds the debian-installer-${ARCH} images, for testing purposes.
Add dependency on libnewt-utf8-dev.
Get 'debuild' working.
Add 'bc' to build depend. It is needed by the per package size stats.
libc6-pic is called libc6.1-pic on some platforms for historical reasons. Build-depend on glibc-pic instead.
Build-depend on libc6-pic.

- fix build-depends for s390 - add support for kernels with version != kernel-image name

* removed a few files * parameterized mklibs, so mklibs.py can e used. It doesn't work though -- .so links arn't made by it for some reason, so programs won't run.

Maybe this will really be a debian package one day. For now, this is a useful place to list the things rather bizzare dependancies.
