* Sending output to the syslog from shell has long been a bit nasty in d-i. We can pipe things to logger, but that loses the program's exit code. Add log-output to fix this; you give it a tag, a program name, and the program's arguments, it runs that program sending the output to syslog with the specified tag, and then exits with the same exit code as the subsidiary program.

- Overload the type field in preseed files; if it's "seen" then
instead set the seen flag; this allows for preseeding that only changes
a default value but still leaves the question unseen.
Don't output init=* from user-params; supplying it to the first stage doesn't in general mean that you want it in the second stage too.

Added ia64 support; uses parted. Only offers partitions that parted reports as ext[23] for mkfs or mount stages, which means you must tell parted to create filesystems (mkpartfs) as parted identifies partition types by analysing partition contents. May need to look at raid and lvm flags later. Works for GPT tables, not tested MSDOS.
