Add a test suite for kernel selection. So far, tests exist for alpha, i386,
powerpc, and sparc; they're certainly incomplete.

arch_get_kernel_flavour shouldn't be conditional on $KERNEL_MAJOR (since
then you can't correctly test usability of differing-major kernels). Push
that logic elsewhere for powerpc.

Split architecture-specific details of kernel selection out from the
postinst into separate per-architecture files. Comes with interface
documentation and everything.

Rewrite choose-yaboot-disk in shell as debian/postinst. The result is much
smaller and should be easier to hack on. The logic is intended to be the
same, although we no longer set the seen flag per installer/doc/TODO.
