Short country list is fixed
- All iso-codes stuff is removed and replaced by a single file icu.tab.
- A new gencountries.pl script parses this file and generates
debian/countries.templates which contains all countries/regions
which are either listed in data/SUPPORTED-short or
data/Mirrors.masterlist.
- debian/countries.templates is added to debian/po/POTFILES.in, thus
debian/po/*.po files contain all translatable materials.
- mktemplates is updated accordingly.
- debian/po/*.po files are updated with current iso-codes content.
Some English names have been modified, but translations have not
been fuzzied, thus carefully check your translations.
- Menu item is modified: Choose a country/region
- Short country list is certainly broken, will check later.
