This fixes a false-negative when the RC bug is only fixed in
experimental.

Mention wagner.d.o as UDD host

The local copy on quantz.d.o appeared to be outdated while wagner's
worked just fine (testing 2 weeks ago).  So bluntly assuming here
that wagner's UDD is more reliable than quantz's.
