I suspect the catalan dictionaries as the problem because 11 and 12 failed and there was the split of this language.  Now every Dependency is in a single tasks file.

More splitting; Note: There was a missing backslash.  This should not confuse cddtasktools because it properly implements RFC822 standard which does not need '\' at end of line, but gen-control might miss some dependencies.  This should be fixed in Debian Edu source package.

I hope to solve the strange encoding problem in Debian Edu desktop other by splitting it into pieces and look where the problem remains.  There is no other sense in this pseudo CDD then debugging.  It will probably/hopefully be removed soon (or kept for similar tasks - we'll see how this works).
