Re-add the "spurious" file debian/python-ktoblzcheck.install: If it is not
present dh_pycentral does not find any files for installation in
/usr/share/pycentral, which would effectively cause an empty package.

Then in my opinion the empty directory /usr/lib/ should be removed by
dh_pycentral too... (a bug?)

If we are going to force this package into the NEW queue let's rename the

The state of this package is still not releasable. Following issues remain:
- lintian complains uses-dh-python-with-no-pycompat:
  N:   This package uses dh_python but apparently does not tell it to use the
  N:   current Python policy by putting 2 in debian/pycompat. This may mean
  N:   that the package has not been converted to the current Python policy,
  N:   in which case it probably should be.

Therefore I remove the tag 1.14-3~etch1 (packages have never been uploaded) and
mark the changelogs accordingly "UNRELEASED".

I chatted with Georg and we agreed to clean up debian/changelog a bit.

The Debian revision is bumped back without trouble because there were no
packages built using the higher Debian revision.

Thanks to Georg that we have now a package providing Python bindings for
libktoblzcheck.
