Let libqbanking5 depend on libaqbanking20-plugins-qt is a bad idea because
libaqbanking20-plugins-qt's ${shlibs:Depends} contains libqbanking5 -> cyclic
dependency.

Thus let libaqbanking20 also recommend libaqbanking20-plugins-qt.

  - install symlink to old path of hbci.xml

In detail:

AqBanking 2 installs the file hbci.xml to /usr/share/aqhbci/xml/hbci.xml
whereas AqBanking 3 installs it to /usr/share/aqbanking/backends/aqhbci/.

Changes in hbci.xml apparently are compatible improvements or formatting issues
only.

  * Fix packaging error in package libaqbanking0c102 which caused
    usr/lib/aqbanking/plugins/0/imexporters containing itself as a
    subdirectory.
