Disable btrfs for Raspberry Pi

Currently Raspberry Pi images built with btrfs turned on fails to boot.
We are also using an external kernel which is not on of the Debian's
stock kernels.  FreedomBox 0.3 Raspberry Pi images have been built with
with ext4 instead of btrfs.
