* Removed the inconstant symbols control files from debian/. These

    symbols are being generated incorrectly by a bad behavior of the
    upstream code. (Closes: #746909)
  * debian/rules: removed the useless 'DPKG_EXPORT_BUILDFLAGS = 1'
    and 'include /usr/share/dpkg/buildflags.mk' lines.
