adt-virt-ssh: Kill dangling processes on ssh tty

Tests or builds sometimes leak background processes which might still be
connected to ssh's stdout/err; create and use a wrapper script that kills these
after the main program (build or test script) finishes, otherwise we get
eternal hangs as ssh waits until nothing is connected to its tty any more.
